TMA Global Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated in India in 2022, continuing a metals trading business that began operating in 2012. Our registered office is at B-42, C-58/2, Sector-62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.
As a private limited company, we are registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and hold a Corporate Identity Number (CIN). Our incorporation particulars are publicly verifiable through the MCA register, and we provide the CIN directly to counterparties during onboarding.
We hold a valid Importer-Exporter Code (IEC), issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) under India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry. An IEC is the mandatory prerequisite for any entity importing into or exporting from India — no consignment clears customs without one.
We are also GST-registered, and issue tax-compliant documentation on all domestic and export transactions in accordance with Indian GST law.
Our CIN, IEC and GSTIN are shared directly with counterparties during onboarding, alongside the supporting certificates. We don't publish them on an open web page — registration numbers are routinely scraped and misused to impersonate legitimate trading companies, and a number on a website proves nothing that a document exchanged directly doesn't prove better.

These aren't aspirational statements. They describe how we actually run shipments, and you should hold us to them.
Material is declared under the grade actually contracted. We do not knowingly ship material that fails the ISRI code or alloy standard on the contract, and we don't play games with tolerance limits. Where a shipment is off-spec, we say so before it sails.
Customs declarations, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and inspection certificates are prepared to the standard the destination country requires, not the minimum that gets a container onto a vessel.
Scrap consignments are screened against the prohibited-material rules that apply to metal scrap imports — including exclusion of explosive, radioactive, hazardous and arms-related contamination — because a single failure here damages every party on the contract.
We check counterparties and destinations against applicable trade restrictions before contracting. We will decline business rather than take on a trade that exposes either side to sanctions exposure.
Metal trading is not self-regulated. These are the external frameworks our shipments are graded and cleared against.
The internationally used grading standard for scrap metal, published by the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (now the Recycled Materials Association). Our scrap contracts reference ISRI code names, and the Circular governs grading in the event of a dispute.
All import activity is conducted under India's Foreign Trade Policy administered by DGFT, and cleared under the Customs Act through Indian customs authorities at Mumbai and Kolkata.
Ingot contracts reference the governing standard for the designation traded — JIS H5302 for ADC alloys, ASTM B85 for A380/A383, BS 1490 for LM grades, EN 1706 for European designations.
Scrap import regimes vary widely by country — pre-shipment inspection requirements, contamination thresholds and licensing all differ. Documentation is prepared to the destination's rules, not a generic template.
If you're conducting due diligence before contracting, request our incorporation certificate, IEC certificate and GST registration certificate — we provide all three. You can independently verify our corporate registration against the Ministry of Corporate Affairs register and our IEC against the DGFT database using the details we supply.
We'd rather you checked. A counterparty who verifies is a counterparty who intends to trade properly.
